Ethics Commission

The Ethics Commission shall consist of three members: the President of the Board of Education, who shall serve as Chairman; another member of the Board; and a resident of the School District who is not a member of the Board, but who may be an administrator, teacher, other employee, parent, or volunteer.   Appointments of the two members other than the Chairman shall be made by the Board President with the approval of the Board.  Appointments shall be made annually for one year terms within 30 days after the Board's organizational or regular April meeting.

The policy we're currently reviewing says the board president is the Ethics Commission chairman, and will appoint two other members of the ethics commission for one year terms within 30 days of the board's organizational meeting or within 30 days of the board's regular April meeting.

Craig Loew appointed the following members to the Ethics Commission on May 9, 2005:

Chris Jenner, Board Secretary

Natalie Wishne, Three Oaks School Principal
